The AI Powered WhatsApp Ticketing System Inauguration by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will be held at Symphony Hall, Hotel Muscat, Thiruvananthapuram on 6 August 2026. The event marks the launch of KSRTC's AI-powered WhatsApp ticket booking service, designed to provide passengers with a faster and simpler digital ticket booking experience. The inauguration will be officiated by Transport Minister Shri C. P. John.

The programme also includes the presentation of state-level awards for KSRTC employees and KSRTC units that have demonstrated outstanding performance. In addition, the event will feature the inauguration of KSRTC's 24×7 Customer Care Toll-Free (149) service and the launch of the revamped KSRTC Courier Service. The Transport Secretary, Smt. T. V. Anupama IAS, will deliver the welcome address, the Health and Devaswom Minister Shri K. Muraleedharan will preside over the function, and the KSRTC CMD will present the project report.
